Confirm egg style with guest.

Start order: sausages first — cook 6 min turning, internal temp 75°C. Hash brown alongside, 4 min flipping.

Bacon next — flat-top, 3 min to crisp.

Tomato halves cut-side down, brushed oil, charred 2 min then flipped 1 min. Season.

Toast sourdough golden, butter generously.

Cook eggs last — to order.

Plate clock-style: toast 9, eggs 12, sausage 3, bacon and hash 6, tomato centre.
