Method

Spoon yogurt into a coupe bowl. Smooth surface with the back of a spoon.

Scatter granola in a clean line down one half of the bowl — leave the yogurt visible on the other side.

Drizzle honey across the granola, not the yogurt.

Top granola with seasonal berries. Mint tip in the centre.

Serve immediately — granola softens within 5 min in contact with yogurt.
Plating Notes
Half-and-half split — yogurt visible on one side, granola on the other. Honey drizzled in a slow line across the granola only. Berries tumble down the boundary.
